Have been going to this Jimmy Johns for a while now and still do not get disappointed! I am greeted and asked how I'm doing every time I came in so far! Sandwiches always turn out delicious and freaky fast! I wanna give a big thank you to Christina and the rest of her staff for all the work they put in! Thank you guys! I will continue on going to this store until further notice.

Late night on Friday and wanting to burn off the rest of a gift card for JJs I got a year ago. There were a few people in, including the person behind me making an order. I made my order and the server hooked me up nicely with everything I asked for -- I probably should have left out the jalapenos on what I ordered, but I asked for "everything except onion", and that's what he gave me. ;) Quick, and the guy was friendly.
It blows me away seeing that some people are saying "I ordered my JJ's sandwich 1h20m ago and I'm still waiting" -- ever considered that it might be whatever sh**ty delivery service like DoorDash or GrubHub you're going through that might be the delay? That does happen. On a daily basis. But that's not got to do with my experience.
MY experience...was 4 stars. So that's what I'm giving them. Everything made correctly and it tasted delicious. -

It's not the employees fault that there are not enough drivers staffed. After waiting over 2 hours for my order a couple days ago (and the drinks were forgotten), I decided it might be a fluke and decided to order again today because my 3 y/o loves JJs. I should have read reviews first...how is this possible? Shouldn't someone step in here? Regional management? Someone? I worked in a deli for 3 years and this is completely unacceptable and against their entire marketing campaign. Someone needs to help this store out!

Typically get delivery from this location and every single time my order is wrong. If you plan on customizing your sandwich it's a hit or miss on what will actually be included or removed. Your probably thinking I have some crazy order which is definitely not the case. I always order the perfect Italian with no onions add jimmy peppers and cut in half. This time I received my sandwich with onions no peppers and not cut in half. I've reached out to the store and they said they'd credit my account which never happened. Last time same thing but super stale bread (rock hard) and my boyfriend ordered a BLT and it didn't even come with bacon!
Pretty disappointed jimmy johns. While you can be freaky fast you can also be freaky slow and miss the mark. Recommendation is to opt for another sandwich place order in store to ensure your order is right or try another location.

Delivery has taken over an hour. App said it was delivered and it clearly was not. After 45 minutes I called and the person who answered said the driver had just left. I still don't have my food.
